Nishi Multifunctional Dust Absorption Wall Space Sander, a series of sanders that invented and produced by Chongqing Jiazhuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. which has gained the national three patents like utility model, design patent and inventive patent. This product is suitable for the rubbing and polishing of pieces like metal, wood, plywood, stone, wall, etc.. Nishi series sanders won’t be limited by the space, what’s more, they can reach a relative-high dust absorption rate to 98%, which provide a 4 to 6 times’ improvement of users’ work efficiency. Moreover, they can ensure an clean and environmental working condition to user, tremendously protected user’s health. Ⅰ. Usage

  1. Open the tool box, and take out the Sander, Suction Machine, Dust Sucking Tube, Dust Sucking Conduit, Dust Collecting Sleeve, and Power Wire. Put them all together. (Please See Assembling Draw)
  2. Insert the power wire plug in the INPUT. (Please See “2” In Assembling Draw)
  3. Insert the power wire plug of the sander in the OUTPUT. (Please See “3” In Assembling Draw)
  4. Insert dust sucking tube into the air inlet of the suction machine, and dust collecting sleeve to dust sucking conduit. (Please See “11,17” In Assembling Draw)
  5. Insert dust sucking conduit into the air inlet of the suction machine, and dust sucking conduit to the output of seal cover. (Please See “5,6,16” In Assembling Draw)
  6. Stick abrasive paper onto the working area. (Please See “8,9” In Assembling Draw)
  7. Press the locating card on the top of the dust collecting sleeve onto the edge of the bottom of tool case, and then lock the lockset. (Please See “2” In Assembling Draw)
  8. Connect the power wire plug to mains.
  9. Debug the sander and suction machine to a proper revolving speed.
  10. Put the retaining ring of the braces into the tool case rocker.
  11. Put on the tool box, hand the sander, turn on the mains switch. Then the machine is active.
  12. After finishing the work, put all the parts of the instrument into the box.

Ⅱ. Announcements

  1. It is forbidden to use the machine on wet working wall.
  2. It is forbidden to operate in various inflammable and explosive locations.
  3. It is forbidden to beat sander and tread on the tool box.
  4. It is forbidden to directly drag the power wire out from the sander, so as to avoid poor contact.
  5. Cut off the power supply before assembling and dismantling machine.
  6. The joint area which defined to be connected by screw should be tightly combined by screws.
  7. Dump the dust in the dust collecting sleeves constantly, to ensure suction machine a good dust absorption condition. (Dust Level should be controlled less than 60% )
  8. Keep the working plate (without sticking on the abrasive paper) and the seal cover on the same level to ensure a perfect rubbing effect.
  9. The machine should be placed in a dry condition where is out of children’s touchable.
  10. Make sure the machine is under the circumstance of outage before usage.
  11. It is forbidden to turn on the machine when it is laid on the ground.
  12. After been hold on the back should the machine be turned on.
  13. Study the product specification before usage.

Ⅲ. Sander Maintenance

  1. Maintain the change gear regularly (2-3 months) by lube.
  2. Dump the dust in the dust collecting sleeves constantly, to ensure suction machine a good dust absorption condition. (Dust Level should be controlled less than 60% )
  3. Check whether the carbon brush of the sander should be replaced or not, if so, change a new one.
  4. Have a frequent examination on whether or not the working plate have been out of shape, degummed or rubbed the seal cover? If so, do some roper maintenance.

Ⅳ. Examination and Avoiding of Common Fault

Sander or Suction Machine doesn't rotate
①Check that whether the power plug is charged with electricity, the power connecting line is loose.
②Check that whether the carbon brush is loose.
③Check that whether the transmission is neutral position.

Dust absorption effect is not obvious, or some dust has been found on the outskirt of the seal cover.
①Check that whether the speed controller of suction machine has been turned to a proper position.
②Check that whether the spacer was added too much. Keep the working plate and the seal cover on the same level.
③Clean the dust collecting sleeve when its storage is beyond 60%.

When Fish scale like mark appeared on the working wall
①Turn down the rotation speed of the sander.
②Lessen the spacer of the working plate, keep the working plate and the seal cover on the same level.
③Change a proper abrasive paper.

The temperature rose too fast.
(About 45% is reasonable.)
①Adjust the sander revolving speed to a proper rate.
②Lessen the spacer of the working plate, keep the working plate and the seal cover on the same level.
③Clean the dust collecting sleeve when its storage is beyond 60%.

Machine Shakes When it’s under Operation.
①Lift down the height of working plate, Keep the working plate (without sticking on the abrasive paper) and the seal cover on the same level.
②Check that whether the glue of sander plate was came off.
③Check that whether the seal cover was proper installed.
④Turn down aspirating capacity.
⑤The target work piece is so hard and coarse that the machine needs to change to an alloying abrasive disc with low rotation rate.
⑥Pat the working plate to let the dust come off.

Loud Noisy
①It’s normal for a new machine produces an 80 DB.
②Turn down the rotation speed of the sander.
③Maintain the gear with lube after a long time use.

 

Ⅴ. Warranty Card

Ⅰ. Circumstances below are not including in the warranty range within the warranty period:

1. Damages that caused by natural abrasion and overloaded.
2. Factitious damages.
3. Damages that caused by customers’ disassembly and repair.
4. When the machine’s warranty period is expired, charges need to be afforded by custom.
